SIDEG Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of SIDEG supports the institute in strategic questions related to digital ecosystems, governance, public infrastructures and technological dependencies. It consists of a small group of experienced professionals who contribute their insight, expertise and strategic perspective when relevant.

Purpose and Role

The Advisory Board has a light, strategic and non‑operational role. It:

  • reflects on the direction and development of SIDEG
  • brings together executive, governance, technical and academic perspectives
  • strengthens the legitimacy and quality of the institute
  • provides strategic interpretation of complex ecosystemic questions
  • connects SIDEG to relevant networks and domains

The Board is advisory only. There are no fixed obligations, no fixed hours and no formal governance responsibilities.

Areas of Expertise

Members of the Advisory Board contribute expertise in areas such as:

  • public infrastructures and digital chains
  • governance, public values and decision‑making
  • software ecosystems and technological dependencies
  • innovation, strategy and societal impact
  • academic interpretation and scientific grounding

This diversity enables SIDEG to understand and interpret ecosystemic questions from multiple angles.

Engagement

Members determine their own level of engagement. SIDEG works with a flexible structure in which advisors contribute when a topic resonates with them, when their expertise is relevant or when they can offer strategic value.

This form fits the nature of SIDEG: independent, strategic and focused on questions that matter.
